The best leaders are lifelong learners

We are delighted to share that Mrs. Paramjit Kaur, Director-cum-Principal, Cambrian Public School, Kanke Road, Ranchi, participated in the prestigious Strategic School Leadership Programme organised by IIM Ranchi, from 6–8 August 2026.

The three-day programme brought together 54 school leaders from across the country and focused on strategic thinking, vision development, organisational leadership, Generative AI in education, emotional intelligence, well-being, creative problem-solving, high-performance teams, collaborative governance and institutional excellence.

The enriching experience has further strengthened our commitment towards innovative, future-ready and transformational education.
