Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Sahodaya School Complex, Ranchi Jharkhand organised a one-day In-house Workshop on Aug 6, 2023 on the topic `Effective Classroom Management`. The workshop was hosted by Cambrian Public School, Kanke Road, Ranchi. It  was inaugurated by lighting the lamp followed by a welcome song sung by the students of Cambrian Public School. More than 120 teachers from various schools of Jharkhand participated in the workshop. Mr. Amit Kumar Singh, Principal, ODM Sapphire Global School Ranchi was the resource person of the workshop. He enriched the audience with his knowledge of how to manage class in the school. He added that a good teacher is one who has the capability to understand the strong and weak areas of students and should be able to connect with them through love and understanding. Story-telling and experiential methods can prove fruitful for teachers as well as for students. He further added that a teacher should spend some time to improve and update himself or herself. Dr. Neeta Pandey, Principal of Cambrian Public School threw light on the purpose and importance of the workshop. She said that education should make the students well-cultured and job-oriented as well. The participants found the workshop very useful and informative. The programme was coordinated by Chief Activity Coordinator Mrs. Asha Raj and STNC Seraj Uddin Pandith.
